Stefan Rakovic
Professional background
Stefan Rakovic is a lawyer and former member of the Swedish Bar Association, with a background in both national and international legal practice. Over the past eight years, Stefan has worked across various law firms, mastering a wide range of business law disciplines, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and intellectual property law. His expertise, however, goes beyond traditional legal services. Recognising the inefficiencies in legal administration, Stefan took it upon himself to learn programming, focusing on Python, and has since 2017 been actively involved in developing innovative solutions that streamline and automate legal workflows.

Driven by a desire for independence and a passion for innovation, Stefan founded Uneek to break free from the constraints of traditional law firms. He recognized the legal industry’s need for transformation, where automation and tech-driven solutions are becoming essential, if not mandatory. Through Uneek, Stefan aims to bridge the gap between law and technology, offering clients not just expert legal advice but also insights into legal tech and other relating areas such as legal design.
